I want to share the latest, greatest knowledge to unlock your potential to the fullest. It starts with your brain. During the late last two decades of the previous millennium, PET and fMRI scans were developed. These were the keys to a renaissance in the exploration of the brain. For the first time ever, neuroscientists could explore a live human brain instead of only a deceased one during a postmortem.

A groundbreaking discovery indicated that our brain is not a fixed entity which is completed in young adulthood after which a slow decline starts. The 1.4kg of gelatine like substance is flexible, pliable, and malleable, like a gelatine pudding in your skull! A new term, Neuroplasticity was coined.
